About this ebook
When Shayla Clark murders Giovanni Folliero, a made man in The Montanari Family, it forces a sit-down between kingpins Mike Black and Salvatore Marino. At that meeting, Marino tells Black, “There will be no peace until Shayla Clark is dead and you hand over her dead body.” But Black refuses to give Shayla’s name up, instead choosing to lead The Family to war—one in which they are outmanned and outgunned. About the author
Multi-genre author Roy Glenn is best known as the master of urban suspense for his iconic Mike Black Saga. This three-time AALBC.com Bestselling Author is the winner of The Leslie Esdaile Banks Trailblazer Award, winner of The Reader Warrior Choice award for Best Male Author, and a B.R.A.B award for Best Duo. Roy Glenn always had a very vivid imagination. He began making up stories at a very early age, but his passion for writing those stories didn't come until much later in life. "It began with a thought and after a while, the characters and the story became clear to me and began to play over and over like a movie in my mind," he has said. He began writing his first novel, Is It a Crime, which became a bestseller and gave birth to the popular character Mike Black, and the Saga began. And that Saga continues in This Time Baby, which was released on December 24, 2024. Other titles in the Saga include Queen, The World Is Mine, Money, Rise to The Top, Wrath, Greed, Lust, and Boss Of The Family. Roy was born and raised in the Bronx and currently lives in Jacksonville, Florida, where he is working on Four Kings and A Queen and Crime Story.
