I’ve read Sweet Savage Love twice now, and it’s still the best book I’ve ever read. The first time, I was 19 and only felt the emotions. The second time, I understood everything, the history, the pain, and the passion. It’s a rollercoaster that made me angry, cry, and smile all over again. Ginny’s growth is unforgettable. From a naive girl to a strong, proud woman who survived everything life threw at her. She’s worth admiring. And Steve? Complicated, prideful, but deeply in love. Their story isn’t perfect, but it feels real, raw, and full of emotion. :) Rosemary Rogers wrote something timeless, poetic, passionate, and unforgettable. It’s the kind of book that reminds you: no matter how low you fall, you can still rise and live again.

I had read the last 4 of the Ginny and Steve series before the first book and the first one was the best! Though there are quite a few references to the first book in all the others, this book is a must read.
