 Dr. Lee, author, retired Space Scientist, professor, businessman and entrepreneur, was born in Canton, China. He came to the U.S. in his teens and earned his Ph.D. degrees in Aerospace Engineering from MIT - Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Dr. Lee has worked more than 20 years in the aerospace industry. He was also a professor at the University of California at Irvine (UCI). He was listed in Who’s Who in the west 1970-1971. He also served as Chairman and CEO of several companies. He was elected as Entrepreneur of the Year by ABAOC.

He is the author of a Christian based motivational book: Build the Rainbow of your Success. He also co-authored the Chinese Treasure Chest Series of children’s books with his daughter, Doreen. Dr. Lee is active in Christian and community service. He served many years as an elder of the Crystal Cathedral. He and his wife, Bettie, were members of the UCI Chancellors Club and the UCI Chao Family Comprehensive Cancer Center Support Group.
