About this ebook

Unthinkable . . . impossible . . . unstoppable

Six months ago, Sean had everything. Now she has nothing but her private detective work, one client with a missing husband, and a growing body count.

All of the victims live in the same luxurious building as the missing husband. All of them have some connection with Pierce Sangstrom, the megacorp whose systems power every computer in the world. And, according to the medical examiner—who just happens to be Sean’s ex—all the autopsies are rife with bizarre, inexplicable anatomical findings.

Are the victims time-traveling visitors? Nonhuman life-forms? Is there an unknown pathogen spreading like wildfire? A virus? Or something far worse?

One thing’s certain: If it can’t be stopped, it could be the end of everything.

Save yourself. RUN! I read the description of the book. It made me curious enough that I showed it to my husband. We decided I'd start reading the free sample and if the book/story caught my interest then we'd buy it since it's on sale right now. It's AWFUL. Utter gibberish. I can't believe someone is attempting to sell this.

The Leap - The beginning dragged on since the introduction chapters were about the sex lives of the characters, continuously for too long. This is a clean story, both sexual and language. Once that was over and the technical part of the story kicked in, my interest and curiosity returned. Two or three hundred years into the future, man is being stalked by computers. So really not much as changed in the centuries. There are interesting twists throughout the last two-thirds of the book. There are flashbacks for explanation purposes but still interesting. This story could use a Reader's Digest touch since it is a bit wordy with some repetition. Good story lines, good characters and the technology possibilities made for an entertaining read.
