Unless you have worked in the industry this book may not makes sense to you, to me I've never felt more seen than through this book 10/10. I highly suggest for EVERYONE to read this and understand it. Even if you have had the privilege of never having to work in the service industry, please read it i hope it opens you up to this experience and hopefully change your view on our "not real jobs".

Our work is the basis of this society.
