Essay from the year 2019 in the subject Health - Public Health, grade: 1,3, Hertie School of Governance, language: English, abstract: In Germany, 99.0 million hectoliters of alcoholic beverages were sold in the year of 2016. The essay tries to consider the most critical governance challenges involved in tackling the issue , looks at the possibly weakest points of existing interventions vis-à-vis the problem and does a quick check of arguments for and against delegating authority to the supranational level.
