About this ebook

95% of your emotions come from self-talk, not events. 7 keys to reset it.

A positive personality isn't something you're born with. It's built, piece by piece, through choices repeated until they become automatic.

Your mind works a lot like a business. Every thought you let in acts as an asset or a liability. Over years, those small entries add up to a fortune or a debt.

7 Keys to a Positive Personality gives you 7 chapters, each one building on the last, into a complete system.

🗣️ Master your inner voice — 95% of your emotions trace back to it, not to what actually happens

🎯 Rehearse success before it happens, the same way athletes visualize a routine before stepping on the field

🤝 Choose the company that quietly shapes who you become

🍽️ Feed your mind better fuel, on purpose

💪 Build a body that actually supports your mind

Not theory. Not vague encouragement. Specific shifts you can start today.

Get your copy. Build the person you're capable of becoming.

Some good points and great ideas. However to end with "expect to be everything" is controversial. In my opinion being positive is not the same as being overly confident because then you can come across as arrogant. I think that one should expect the worst in any 'situation' however have hope for the best and be motivated to be the best person and most positive person you can be.

I was expecting so much from this after reading the comments.... But it was not up to that... You can see and hear all those points in some YouTube video. It took me 7 minute to complete the book. Is it worth the money ? Big fat NO! ... But is it a good (short) book.... Hmm.. yeah I guess.
