Peter Made Simple is a Bible-first walk through the life of Simon Peter: the call by the sea, the walk on water, the confession at Caesarea Philippi, the rebuke, the sword in the garden, the denial by the fire, the run to the empty tomb, the dawn restoration -- "Feed my sheep" -- the Pentecost sermon that won three thousand souls, and the prison that could not hold him.
Explicitly Trinitarian: God the Father who draws men to His Son; Jesus Christ -- Son of God and Son of Man, Lord and Savior, who called Peter, prayed for Peter, restored Peter, and commissioned Peter; and the Holy Spirit, who alone turns deniers into preachers and breaks every chain. Every prayer is to the Father, through Jesus Christ, by the Holy Spirit.
Read one chapter a day. Come honest. Read slowly. Pray openly.
