I commend the Author on a well written book. So many practical advice that he offers the public, I agree with 100%. He uses his experience backed with science to educate people. I highly recommend reading this book. Speaking from a science background, a large proportion of the public fail to see the detrimental effect morden comfort is having on the body. Paul Taylor address this matter and points out the simplicity of implementing good habits that benefits you. Thanks for introducing me to the Frankl quote.
