About this ebook

Each chapter in Paul O. Ingram’s Looking Forward and Back offers personal thoughts on how reflecting on the past and the future has influenced his self-awareness and identity during key life moments. Although he does not intend to portray his experiences as a model for all human beings, Ingram hopes that readers will be inspired by what he has written to undertake their own reflections on looking forward and back. What will be discovered is an amazing plurality of interdependence shared by all sentient beings at every moment of our lives.
