An Amish Country Lullaby is a sweet story. I liked Hope Taylor, Curtis Moore, and his active daughter, Lucy. There is a great cast of English and Amish characters. We get to see the importance of community and understanding the Amish culture. It is evident that an initiative perceived as beneficial by some members of the community may be regarded as disadvantageous by others. I thought the story was well written with a good pace and flow. The ending left me with a smile on my face.
