About this ebook
A whirlwind of comedic mishaps ensues when the serene life at Blandings Castle is disrupted by stolen memoirs, blackmailing butlers, and romantic entanglements gone awry. Lord Emsworth, more concerned with his prize pig than his guests, remains blissfully unaware of the turmoil unfolding around him. As lovesick young men hatch schemes and formidable aunts demand obedience, deception and wit collide in a riotous tale of mistaken identities and ill-fated plots. With Wodehouse’s signature charm and razor-sharp wit, Fish Preferred delivers a timeless comedy of manners where nothing ever goes quite as planned—but everything turns out splendidly in the end. [Also published as Summer Lightning.]
