Top Pick in Killer Nashville’s Silver Falchion Cozy Mysteries

Summer in Katie Wilk’s small Minnesota town is anything but quiet. With the annual summer festival gearing up, Katie and her lovable black Lab, Maverick, are busy helping their energetic landlady keep the festivities on track. Two rounds of nighttime golf are not exactly Katie’s forte, but that turns out to be the least of her worries.

When a Shady Oaks Country Club employee disappears, along with the waitstaff’s tip money, Katie promises to investigate. But then her least-favorite cop slaps the cuffs on her and she must rally her friends, just to stay out of jail. Between delivering a baby, replacing her decrepit old car, and investigating not one but two murders, Katie barely has time to catch her breath.

With Maverick faithfully at her side, Katie must untangle a deadly web of obsessive secrets before the killer shatters the peace in their small town.
