About this ebook
The fate of the Fire Clan resting on her shoulders, Mia heads off on the Matching of Steeds—a two-day race that will push her horsemanship skills to their limits. Her plan? To lose, of course! There’s no way she could best an Equestri in a horse race. That would be absurd. Except...the absolute faith of her comrades throws a wrench in that plan. While they all expect her to win, Mia’s faith in herself pales in comparison to theirs. She thus spends the race scheming to create the most favorable defeat! But will her splash-fights, horse-shaped bread, and friendly attitude be enough to win over her opponent?

This is one of the volumes that made me cry especially the scene with bel and citrina. The volume is great I loved how the chieftains have their own delusions that Mia can converse with the legendary winged horse. The reveal of the true nature of the serpents is interesting and the confrontation of the high priestess is intriguing it made read the story all the way to the end. I also enjoyed the epilogues of this volume it really connects everything together. Overall, another great volume, foods description is mouthwatering and keep up the good work. (^-^)
