About this ebook
In contrast to modern theories of justice, Plato, Aristotle and Cicero conceive of justice not only as a political constitution, but also as an individual person's state of soul. This twofold perspective is a fascinating feature of Ancient political philosophy. This volume provides comprehensive and detailed examinations of Plato's, Aristotle's, and Cicero's theories of justice.
