Dreary retread of basic ideas. I note that it was originally published in 1997. I wonder how a 1997 reader would have made out 22 years later given all the financial tumult between then and now. Not well I daresay. Unrealistic rates of return cited. Nothing about wealth eroding effects of inflation and taxes over time. A couple of good points made, but overall one could do far better.
