Leena Kirstinä (Ph.D.) is Emer. Professor of Finnish Literature, from the University of Jyväskylä. Her recent publication is a monograph on Narrating Nation: Finnishness in the Prose of the 1990s, (2007). She is working with the reseach group for History of Contemporary Finnish Literature.
