Ludwiga, now a teacher, is instructing her students in the ways of magic in Elm. When Philip, Drako, the Manticore Knight's nephew, finds his way to Elm and enrolls in the school. Except he came at a time when students are being found dead and drained of their blood by magic means. Ludwiga investigates this when Philip and another student get kidnapped.
Now Ludwiga needs to rescue them, and she'll need the Manticore Knight's help to do it. But once they find the kids, Drako and Ludwiga slowly notice something isn't right about them. Will Ludwiga discover who is killing her students before it's too late?

I’ve been studying writing for a while now and have written scifi / fantasy articles. My main niche is fantasy but when I first began writing in 1999 I wanted to do science fiction, but that all changed in 2000 when I read Harry Potter. Then I got into Terry Brooks, C.S. Lewis, and found Jayel Gibson. I’m part of a writers group where I’ve been polishing my prose and hard at work editing.
