It's kinda hard to read with the way it was written. But still understandable if read slowly. Not a huge wealth of information just the basic intro. Which is good if you know nothing about yoga. With only 22 pages to read it's right to the point and not very detailed if you like that.

Really good mini book, would have liked pictures but it did have descriptions. Overall I enjoyed the read and made me want to pursue yoga more, oh and it gave good descriptions of the different types of yoga, which was really good 😊
