Father Frank Timmons delivers the eulogy for Mrs. Hatcher, and also senses a malignant force in their small community of Kosmosdale, Kentucky. And it seems to hold more power over him than anyone as if controlled by the devil himself.
Meanwhile, a gorgeous real estate agent wants to sell the vacant Hatcher house…just a little too much.
Townspeople began to go missing. Then one after another of the Hatcher’s children, in town for the funeral, go missing. And it’s up to Sheriff Daniels to solve this mess. But how do you catch a ghost? And what’s in the Hatcher attic?

Based in Louisville, Kentucky, Daniel Meyer divides his time between searching the night for ghosts and gargoyles, and seeking the sunrise on rocky beaches where whales breach in the distance and mermaids call to those who listen. Always attempting to create the perfect novel and the perfect margarita, he writes on topics as diverse as ghosts, gargoyles, labyrinths, inspirational subjects, environmental protection, and more. He has one son, two cats, a partridge in a pear tree…and one hell of a sense of humor. Daniel may be reached at Dmeyer@
