From Chaos to Harmony: The Solution to the Global Crisis According to the Wisdom of Kabbalah

We live in a world where our personal needs surpass the needs of everyone else. This has caused a major problem with our society, the break down of the family, the rise in crime and drug use and the economic/political crisis we have come to. We have reached a point where we rely on each other for everything but we do not treat each other like we do. This problem needs to be resolved and soon. We need to work towards feeling that we are all connect and that we all rely on each other for everything. I had a tough time reading some passages and found myself having to reread some of it. By the end of the book I really thought that the book gave an explanation of why we are in this state of egoism/chaos and what we must do to find the altruism/ harmony.

This book was a real eye-opener in helping me understand what is happening in the world today. Instead of seeing the symptoms, it gave me some insight into the underlying disease. If we want to solve the world problems, we must cure the disease, not merely treat the symptoms.

From Chaos to Harmony is a wonderful book for beginning students of Kabbalah. It explains how we are all one and should be working together for all of creation in order to live harmoniously. It gives us wonderful examples of how animals have worked together in order for their fellow animals to be able to survive extraneous circumstances. With every generation we seem to forget about the one that came before. We are at a time when we only think about our own happiness and stability in life and we have forgotten about our neighbors and friends. By reading, From Chaos to Harmony, we learn how important each and every one of us really are to one another.
