Oh my gosh, this might be my favorite Meghan March new release so far this year!! I love being swept back to the time of debutants and royal princes. This story follows the chaperone Thea as she catches the eye of a Russian prince who could care less about the rules meant to be followed. You will love their story! This historical romance is one for the ages. I can't wait for more!

There's no better time than now to escape and get lost in 1864. I can't believe this is Meghan March's first historical romance book! This story may be a novella, but it was packed with fun, whimsical, laugh-out-loud lines; family; loyalty; and, of course, love. I will always have a special place in my heart for historical romances, and this story definitely delivers beginning to end. If you're ready, there's no better time to be swept away to the 1800s.

meh, not much of a character development. Story could have been better as well. keep you money for another book.
