About this ebook

Vivien Hart has been a recluse for years, special thanks to the convenience of delivery, WiFi, and a controlling mother she’s been trying to outrun her whole life. She never planned on inheriting a retro movie theater in a small town in the middle of nowhere Massachusetts, but when a former child star with no life needs somewhere to disappear, Surrender is the safest place to land. Especially since it’s the same place that once let her be a kid, in a world where fame and family took everything else.

Unfortunately, her inheritance comes with a list of increasingly difficult tasks… and an annoyingly charming estate attorney named Spencer Montgomery who is determined to enforce them.

To keep the theater, Vivien must match a handful of locals who never got their happy endings.

Sounds easy enough, except the first name on the list is her own.

As sparks fly with Spencer—even though he’s not her match—and the rules start to blur, Vivien must decide whether she can keep hiding from her past or risk being seen, loved, and chosen for who she is.

Beverly has left her an inheritance but that inheritance comes with strings. She doesn't plan on staying long, of course but she has to complete some quests. Spencer is the gorgeous lawyer in charge of the will. Fun and romance ensues. This is a great book full of laughs, smiles, and wonderful characters. You should read it!

Mary Frame writes romantic comedies with quirky characters, steamy moments, and banter that will make you blush and (with any luck) snort-laugh at the same time. She’s a full time mom with a full time job and has no idea how she manages to write novels, but it probably helps that she's a dedicated introvert. She doesn't enjoy writing about herself in third person, but she does enjoy reading, writing, dancing, and damaging the ear drums of her co-workers when she randomly decides to sing to them.

She LOVES hearing from readers and will not only respond but likely begin stalking them while tossing out hearts and flowers and rainbows! If that doesn't creep you out, e-mail her at: maryframeauthor@gmail.com
