About this ebook

What if the reason you can't finish what matters most isn't a lack of discipline, passion, or tools —

but a fundamental misunderstanding of how achievement works?

In H² (H-Squared), Engineer and Master Trainer Manish Shah introduces a groundbreaking

framework built on a deceptively simple equation:

H² = Harmonious Passion × Harmonised Priority

With 82% of professionals at risk of burnout in 2026, 70% of projects failing to deliver, and billions lost

annually to the productivity paradox, Shah reveals why conventional wisdom — prioritise better, follow

your passion, use willpower — doesn't help to reach the required satifaction. Using the mathematics of multiplication rather than

addition, he shows why strength in one dimension cannot compensate for weakness in the other

(anything × zero = zero).

Across 17 chapters and 245 pages, H² covers: the crisis of modern achievement, how to diagnose your

own misalignment, applying H² in career, relationships, health, creativity, and life transitions — and a

complete optimisation system to sustain results without burning out.

Written for professionals, entrepreneurs, and anyone who feels capable yet stuck, H² (H-Squared) is not

another productivity hack. It is a living philosophy of sustainable excellence — where achievement and

peace coexist.

Join the H² movement. Calculate your score. Transform your trajectory.

About the author

Manish Shah is a Chartered Engineer, certified Master Trainer, and independent director who spent 35 years discovering what the productivity industry refuses to acknowledge: sustainable excellence comes from harmony, not heroics.

With dual qualifications in Civil Engineering (Pune University) and Mechanical Engineering (Institution of Engineers), plus credentials in Management Studies, Construction Safety, and Advanced Industrial Safety, Manish has led projects across industrial, commercial, and infrastructure domains—from petrochemical complexes to LEED-certified green buildings, from rural watershed programmes serving 150,000 people to cutting-edge corporate campuses.

Manish holds certifications as ESG Expert and BRSR Expert from the Directors' Institute, Certified Independent Director from IICA (Ministry of Corporate Affairs, India), and Master Trainer from National Skill Development Corporation. He's published extensively on sustainable construction, won the National Award for Excellence in Water Management (2009), and authored M's Tips for Making Durable and Maintenance-Free Structures.

What makes his H² perspective unique: After 35 years balancing megaprojects with zero-accident safety records, championship-level sustainability with commercial success, and corporate excellence with community impact, Manish learned that the multiplication principle applies to everything—from concrete mix design to human motivation.
