This was an entertaining read with all three books of the trilogy together in one. This made it easier to read the whole trilogy at once. The character work and story line for each book were well written and filled with the classic writing style of Leilani Love. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

Alternate Version of King Arthur, Starting at the Beginning -- I'll admit I am a sucker for any story involving Arthurian legend. This one starts with baby Arthur being saved by a young friend of his mother’s. And so the adventure begins! The second book focuses on young love, specifically Guinevere and the choices she must make. The trilogy wraps up with a battle-focused book. The books had some language errors—more than I like to see----but I found this alternate take on Arthurian legend to be fascinating, making for quite an engrossing read. Here’s my review of the first book in this trilogy: Review of Saving the King: This book is unusual because it looks at the first few tumultuous weeks of Arthur's life. Surprisingly, the author actually has made the infant an interesting character with a definite personality. Both the king and queen have charged one of the queen's ladies to flee and keep Arthur safe. She has been a friend of the queen since they were girls, and she takes this duty very seriously. She and Arthur are imperiled very quickly, but a man and his pack of wolves save them. The author also managed to make the wolves have distinct characters, or at least two of them, Snow and Minx, who are also protective of the heroine and the baby. An attraction develops between the Queen’s lady and this woodsman, and I found that to add a lovely element. The danger isn't over, though, and the story was surprisingly gripping and kept me turning the pages. This book leads into the next of the series, and I'm very much looking forward to reading it. If you enjoy Arthurian legend, this different spin on it may surprise and intrigue you as much as it did me. -- I received a free copy of this book, but that did not affect my review.

I loved a good box set as we get a whole lot or story in one go. The stories were great and kept me in the zone from Saving the King to The Lost King and ending with Battle to be King. I think that this is a wonderfully written set and I I Loved every story! Good Ending! No Spoilers! I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
