Same old common sense recommendations from grandma, with a modern twist. 23 pages of nothing new only serve the author to acomplish his personal financial goals by selling things online serving as one of his sources of passive income. Fortunately google put this "book" for free. Please Google set a minimal quota of at least 100 pages.

There is no inherent flaw in this book, but the reason for an average rating is because you already know about everything that the book has to offer. use it as a reminder rather than a source of new wisdom.
