Princess of Babylon: Historical fantasy set in Ancient Egypt
About this ebook
Sent from Babylon to the royal court of Egypt, Princess Kassaya expects to become queen and secure a powerful alliance between the two kingdoms. Instead, she discovers she’s merely Pharaoh’s latest acquisition — one of hundreds of wives.
The Palace of the Ornaments offers a world of extravagant luxury and obscene wealth. But beneath the beauty lies a dangerous court where every smile hides ambition and every alliance comes with a price.
With her chance of ruling beside Pharaoh all but gone, Kassaya can accept her status at the bottom of the palace hierarchy — or fight for the destiny she came to Egypt to claim.
But in the court of Ramses III, ambition can be deadly, and one wrong move could cost her everything.
Set during the final years of Egypt’s 20th Dynasty, Princess of Babylon is a historical fantasy about one woman’s determination to claim the future she was promised.
