New to me author I didn't know what to expect when I started reading this.
Well its safe to say I was hooked from page one.
Alessandra is going thru something most teens don't and to me it seemed like she grew up even faster and acted pretty mature for only being sixteen.
She obviously is loved by a close knit group of friends who always seem to have her back in times of need.
Flowed very well had me hooked from page one.
When I got to the end I didn't want it to end but knowing I already had book two I was able to keep on reading about this powerful, dynamic story of one young girl and the way life may have thrown her a few bad apples but she always got right back up and kept on going.
