Knock - Knock

Knock-Knock is the true story of the intense search for a ruthless rapist posing as a maintenance worker before invading the homes of his innocent victims. He terrorizes a community of young women, many of whom are in their early teens. No one in New York City is safe, as these attacks and sexual assaults continue for the better part of a decade.

The detectives of the elite Special Victims Squad form a citywide task force and dig deep in their arsenal to draw him out. Due to the fact that he poses as a plumber and knocks on the doors of his prey, the press calls him the Knock-Knock Rapist. The detectives in the task force refer to him as Citywide 6, the case number assigned.

This story is told in the words of the lead detective, who vows to find this monster and bring him to justice, a task that will seem impossible at times, as this suspect is cunning, street-smart, brazen, and at times, very lucky. He narrowly escapes capture on three separate occasions, taunting the detectives along the way.

Obsessed with his capture, the lead detective will take you along on a roller-coaster ride as he tracks down the most elusive rapist he has ever encountered.
