About this ebook

In this stunning sequel to The Eternal Ones, a menacing secret society emerges from the shadows, distracting Haven from searching for her best friend who has mysteriously vanished.

“This book is a dream, wonderful and frightening, from which I didn’t want to wake.”—Andrea Cremer, New York Times bestselling author of Nightshade

Temptation. Treachery. Passion.

Haven Moore fled to Rome a year ago, leaving behind the Ouroboros Society and its diabolical leader, Adam Rosier. Now she’s back in New York City with her beloved Iain. But Iain’s supposed to be dead. And if they blow his cover, Adam won’t give them any second chances.

Meanwhile, Beau Decker is missing. His life rests in Haven’s hands. The Horae, a group of mystical sisters, hold the key to Beau’s fate. They want to lock Adam away forever, and Haven is his only weakness. To save Beau, Haven must seduce Adam and lure him into the Horae’s lair.

But Adam Rosier has always had a funny way of seducing her. And the closer Haven gets to her enemy, the more she succumbs to his spell. Beau’s life hangs in the balance—but this time, Haven can’t even trust herself. Every decision she makes will shape her destiny.

How far will she go for the people she loves?

I absolutely loved this book! This series is an awesome choice for anyone who enjoyed The Immortals series by Alyson Noel. The Immortal Ones and All You Desire are a more mature, more refined take on young love and reincarnation than the Immortals series by Alyson Noel. Absolutely loved it! Can't wait for the next Kirsten Miller book!

This book starts off on a high note but gradually loses its interest........But this book seems to be a better work from Kristen Miller than its first part.........Haven character seems to be of a confused girl. And the only way in which Iain and Adam have a part in the book is by saving Haven from any difficulty..........The description about Beatrice and Ettore seems to be interesting and under the wraps kept Horae's plan was also surprising. But in the end it became predictable.......and the transformation of Adam into a goody-goody guy type seems to be disappointing......as he is supposed to be the villain.....The most interesting characters in the book in my sense is Adam because still the character remains a mystery and Beau because for his unmatching commentary on any situation......But anyway.....Its worth a read!!!!!

I just love the ups and downs it takes you on. I was going crazy about if she would fall in love with Adam! I hope there is another.
