About this ebook

The 30-Day Sleep Reset is a detailed, practical guide to The 30-Day Sleep Reset for Busy Professionals for readers who want a clear path from understanding the topic to using it confidently in real situations. The book is designed as a structured learning companion rather than a shallow overview: it introduces the core ideas, explains why they matter, then develops them through realistic examples, guided practice, scenario-based explanations, and common mistakes to avoid. Readers are taken step by step from foundational concepts into everyday applications, with each chapter building on the previous one so the material feels progressive, usable, and easy to revisit. The main areas of focus include The Weekend Sleep Audit, What a Wired Brain Does to Your Sleep, The Day-to-Dawn Chain, Your Non-Negotiable Sleep Window, Week One: The Realistic Rollout, Case Study: The Executive Who Bragged About Five Hours, The Nightcap Trap: Caffeine, Alcohol, and Late Dinners, The No-Renovation Bedroom Reset, Retraining the Bed That Feels Like a Desk, Week Two Checkpoint: Reading Your Sleep Data, giving the book a concrete learning arc that moves from orientation and confidence-building to applied communication, problem solving, and independent practice. The writing style is direct, supportive, and accessible, making the book suitable for self-study, classroom reinforcement, professional development, or personal improvement. It emphasizes practical understanding over abstract theory, so readers can immediately connect the lessons to conversations, decisions, habits, and challenges they are likely to face outside the page. By the end of the book, readers should have not only a stronger grasp of the subject, but also a collection of repeatable strategies, useful language patterns, mental models, and practical routines they can continue applying after they finish reading.

About the author

Kesha Williams is a certified clinical sleep health educator and the founder of Restful Leadership, a coaching practice that helps executives, founders, and high-performing teams build sleep into their competitive strategy. Her work grew out of a decade in technology operations, where she watched brilliant colleagues sabotage their judgment with exhaustion — and did the same to herself before a structured sleep-restoration program changed her life.

Since then, she has coached more than six hundred professionals across technology, finance, law, and healthcare, translating sleep science into systems that respect unrealistic calendars. Her approach is deliberately practical: fewer rules, fixed anchors, and a focus on the 20 percent of behaviors that drive 80 percent of the results. Her writing and workshops address the specific pressures of ambitious careers — travel, late calls, shift work, and the constant tug of the inbox — and her speaking engagements have reached audiences at industry conferences and corporate wellness programs alike.

Kesha holds certifications in clinical sleep health and health coaching and is a member of the Society of Behavioral Sleep Medicine. She lives in Atlanta, Georgia, with her husband and two children, and she still protects her 9:30 p.m. wind-down — most nights. This is her first book.
