About this ebook

In this steamy erotic thriller, it looks like Rachael DeSalvo’s dream job and future have slipped through her fingers—until she’s stolen away to a deserted island, alone with the sexy billionaire who refuses to let the past, or her heart, stay buried.

Rachael DeSalvo knows Turtle Tear Hotel by heart: its crumbling Spanish tiles, its tragic love story, and its wild island beauty. Landing the renovation project should have been everything she wanted—until family obligations force her to turn it down.

Then one dangerous night changes everything.

She wakes tied to a bed on Turtle Tear Island, drugged and terrified, with Merrick Rocha—the brilliant, brooding billionaire CEO who offered her the job—watching from across the room.

Merrick is charming, damaged, controlling—and wildly determined to earn back the trust he shattered. As the ruined hotel begins to transform into Rachael’s vision, the pairs desire starts to burn hotter than the Florida sun.

How can she resist the magnetism of his body, the longing ache deep inside her? She wants him to take her—but this time on her terms.

A dark, sensual billionaire romance with obsessive longing, forced proximity, and a stunning island paradise. Perfect for readers drawn to the dangerous heat of Tears of Tess.

Praise for the Give & Take series:

"If you are a fan of Christian Gray, or Gideon Cross you will develop a fondness for [Merrick Rocha] as well. Broken, kind, lost, sexy as all get out, and a little dangerous." -Bookish Temptations

" ... an interesting, exciting, heart-catching take, and certainly one I'll add to my "What to Read After Fifty Shades" list." -Maryse's Book Blog

The author gets confused by her own writing. Tense is difficult. Typos and grammar problems abound. Heroine is not likable. Hero is worse. I quit reading after he thought bringing in another woman was the way to win her.

I bought the book because the sample got my attention. After that it got kind of boring and I wanted my money back. I just kept reading and got into the book. Sometime it was difficult to understand when she was talking ,or if he was taking to herself? The ending was my favorite part. ;)
