Are you physically and emotionally exhausted at the thought of going through one more day of parenting?

An incredible two-thirds of working parents report burnout. Caregiver, spouse, teacher, cook, cleaner, emotional support-today, as parents, we're tasked with doing more than ever for our families, and it's all just too much. We're depressed. We're anxious. Written by leading experts and researchers in this field, Working Parent Burnout outlines the signs and symptoms of parental burnout and talks through evidence-based tools to recover and prevent further harm.
