Only valuable for the introduction by Engels. The actual speech by Marx is exactly what you would expect -- bombastic, fiery, crazy, etc. -- not worth your time. The introduction, however, is a combination of history and theory that was far ahead of its time. Marx "supports" free trade because he thought it would hasten the "Social Revolution," but Engels makes a strong case for free trade on the merits. The introduction should be required reading for all politicians who hear the siren song of protectionism.
