I loved every moment of Ashton and Hadley's story, it's dark, dangerous and delightful. Ashton may not come from the same upbringing as Hadley but he fits right in with the men who protect their own. From the moment he spots her, he will do whatever it takes to protect his girl. It's the perfect balance. I loved seeing the Adair gang once more and cannot wait to see what comes next! If you want to be captivated by sinful possessiveness, this book is for you.

Hadley and Ashton's story felt like a quick intense read which went way to quickly. Hadley's character was so full of wit and strength and I loved her independence surrounded by alpha men. Ashton fell hard and fast and was the ultimate alpha possessive protector. Their story had a great build up and a great little twist and came together so easily. Can't wait to see what is next in this series.

When I read this book, I smiled the whole time. Hadley is her own person, she's feisty, protective and in your face. She knows who she is but deep down she want that deep abiding obssessive type of love she witnessed from her parents. Because of who she is and how she is, she doesn't believe she'll get that, and that's where Daddy Ashton comes in. He's exactly who she needs in her life, he's not afraid of her background or who she's related to. They took to each other instantly, their verbal spar is adorable and funny. In the midst of danger Ashton is reaffirmed in his love and decisions about Hadley, he knows without her in his life, he won't have a life. Even though this book is about the second generation, I'm overjoyed with how the OG's are in the background ready and willing to lend a helping hand if it's needed. I love how author KL Donn incorporated every character, it doesn't take away from the main characters of this book. Thank you for this phenomenal read.
