Something Shifter This Way Comes
About this ebook
Crystal Banks doesn’t believe in the supernatural…but she may need to reconsider her stance. Her new job with her enigmatic employer, Eric Steel, comes with free room and board, but it also comes with a curfew. Why is the sprawling historic mansion decorated with creepy occult artwork? What’s with the mysterious blue lights she spies through her windows each night? And what if her nightmares are real?
A fast-paced urban fantasy with rich lore and secret societies—all embroiled in supernatural politics featuring shifters, witches, vampires, and other creatures that go bump in the night—plus a slow-burn romance.

About the author
Writer Joquena Lomelino will be the first to admit that she’s weird. Given how the real world is often boring, she’d much rather play make-believe with shifters, vampires, and aliens. When she’s not writing about strange fantasy worlds and evil villains being laid low, she’s whispering sweet nothings to her robots for mopping her floors and washing her laundry. She’s hoping to keep them on her good side for when Skynet takes over. Too bad the robots may never forgive her or her husband for the horrors they force them to endure in the daily battle against evil, otherwise known as the constant messes made by her six children.

T.L. Krouse has always been a geek at heart. Star Wars, Star Trek, Lord of the Rings, and DC and Marvel Comics are his lifeblood. His wife is a nerd too, and when she allowed Batman and Wonder Woman as their wedding cake toppers instead of the traditional bride and groom, he knew beyond a shadow of a doubt that they were destined to be together forever. He’s also a metalhead and a 30+ year veteran on the guitar, and when he’s not crafting tales of alien invasion or epic shifter battles, he’s crunching Metallica riffs or shredding Van Halen solos. Every Halloween, he tries to carve more elaborate jack-o’-lanterns (past years’ designs include Skeletor, Darth Vader, and Wolverine). He’s actively indoctrinating his six children to be the next generation of geeks.
