Small group leaders and church leaders often wrestle with navigating complex ministry situations while maintaining unity, humility, and Christ-centered focus. The apostle Paul faced similar challenges in first-century Corinth—a divided church grappling with questions of leadership, wisdom, and spiritual maturity. In this 9-session LifeGuide® Bible Study based on his book Basic Christian Leadership, John Stott (1921-2011) guides you through 1 Corinthians 1-4, revealing timeless principles that speak directly to today's leadership challenges.
This study provides a practical framework for leading with the clarity, wisdom, and gentleness that characterized Paul's ministry. Through examination of Scripture, you'll discover how to bring unity amid division, find power in weakness, and cultivate the gentle spirit that marks authentic Christian leadership. This study is ideal for leadership teams, elders, small group leaders, and anyone seeking to deepen their understanding of biblical leadership principles.
