The story follows a police officer who takes a high-paying security job in New York, despite his brother's warnings of a hidden government agenda involving mutations and secret experiments. After a violent shootout between mysterious military forces and protestors, the officer is critically injured and presumed dead.

When he wakes up in a secret laboratory run by the JTWayne Foundation, he discovers that most of his human body is gone—replaced by advanced cybernetic technology. Only the left side of his brain remains intact, keeping his consciousness alive. Struggling to cope with his new reality, he learns that the foundation is involved in illegal human experimentation, using people like him to create enhanced super-soldiers.

As he battles to reclaim his identity, he teams up with his brother to uncover the dark truth behind the foundation’s agenda. With superhuman strength and advanced abilities, he becomes a dangerous wildcard—one that the foundation can’t fully control.

Fueled by rage and a desire for revenge, he sets out to destroy the organization that turned him into a machine while struggling to hold on to his humanity before he loses himself entirely.
