Jeremiah Made Simple is a Bible-first walk through the book of Jeremiah: the call before birth, the almond rod and the seething pot, the two evils and the broken cisterns, the wounds healed slightly, the potter's house, the burning fire shut up in his bones, the yoke and the false prophets, the field bought in faith, the prison promise, and the new covenant fulfilled in Jesus Christ.
Explicitly Trinitarian: God the Father who ordained Jeremiah before birth and keeps every promise; Jesus Christ -- Son of God and Son of Man, Lord and Savior, the greater Prophet and the Branch of righteousness; and the Holy Spirit, who called the prophet, inspired the Scripture, and alone gives the new birth and the power to obey. Every prayer is to the Father, through Jesus Christ, by the Holy Spirit.
Read one chapter a day. Come honest. Read slowly. Pray openly.
