After Halastaesia

As promised to a certain tuber, here I am. Slightly above average as far as isekai premises go, nice cliffhanger ending and an easy read to breeze through in an afternoon, but otherwise basic, with a distinct lack of tension throughout. The fetch quest at the 3/4 mark was clearly meant as a space to develop the characters and yet shows us nothing we couldn't have guessed from character archetypes alone; a lose-lose scenario. Characters are by far the weakest link, while the worldbuilding is serviceable. Overall worth in terms of the time to read due to its short length, the price and the wait for a sequel.

A simple read of a boy grappling with the reality of waking up from a coma. a love triangle ensues and high school drama. Very bingeable with a satisfying ending.
