Excellent book looking at a positive, constructive, and people-based business culture. His early life was fascinating, especially when he identifies moments that changed his fate. Some sections, specifically slogging through his years of deals as CEO, seemed to drag on forever with not a lot of added value to the book. Good read if you are interested in the philosophy behind the GE business model.
