Alexi Sutherland needs a lot of help when it comes to her life. Seh needs to get through college so she can begin a new life on her own. Though she is a successful businesswoman she still has a lot to learn about the world. When she takes a teacher's assistant job to help cover her last year at the university after the return from the pandemic break, she finds everything is not what it was when she goes back. The professor is new, and he was not what she expected.

Jeffery Hancock lost all creditability in the Chemistry world. Experiment after experiment failed. He had no idea what went wrong with his entire life. When his parents got him the job at the university as a professor, he knew that was all he had left. That was when he opened the door to his office to find the most beautiful woman he had ever seen before. She was supposed to be his new assistant for the year.
