This is a good book especially because its free. It did rush the second boere war at the end. It will do the job if you want to expand and explore your knowledge about the Boere.

Although a United Nation now the Boers are still a majority in South African Rugby They certainly still have their tenacity but is that the Dutch? Or the German mix of Afrikaans?

I really enjoyed this short and precise and very informative description of the Aglo-Boer wars. History never stops fascinating. well written.
