This project on the book community "BookRix" shall contribute to spread the message of Jesus Christ in a very original way. God's Word - the Bible - will be made available for reading and downloading as licence free e-books in as many languages and translations as possible. The aim and vision of the foundation “Helfen aus Dank” ("Helping out of gratitude") is to offer an own translation of the Bible, also to people who speak only a very rare language, so that they understand the message and can read it, for example, on their mobile phone.

Firstly, there are plenty of apps and websites from which you can read the Bible for free with a better experience than reading it as an ebook. That said, if you have a reason to read the Bible in this format, then it's great to have free options like this. Content is good. The ASV uses relatively archaic English, but it's a reliable translation. However, this edition of it is poorly formatted, with no line breaks between paragraphs or verses. Also, weirdly, the book titles for Genesis through Deuteronomy appear as "Moses" at the start of each chapter, while other books show the name of the book.

I dont believe there should be an american virsion. Does it cut out the bit about not killing others? Because im pritty sure that's a rule you don't live by.

Lots of historical fallacies, and misrepresentations of Jesus peace be upon him. I would recommend a book such as the Qur'an as a more awe inspiring and uplifting Book about our Lord.
