About this ebook

This new volume presents international law with a focus on commercially important legal relations, together with international private law, which is closely related to it in practice, in a concise, well-founded and application-oriented manner. Even complex issues are presented in a clear and comprehensible manner, using specific case studies. In addition, all of the important international legal documents, treaties and agreements, as well as excerpts from central international and national court decisions, are included in the usual way for optional in-depth study.
