My name is Florin Diumea, and I am the creator of the Brighter Business System, or simply Brsiness, as well as the 2x2 Design Thinking Matrix. I’m determined to help you build a purpose-driven business system that generates growth that goes beyond just profits, and I call it — brsiness.
I firmly believe that businesses should be more than just money-making machines. Profits are important, but that alone is not entirely fulfilling. Our businesses should be a manifestation of our purpose; we should listen, understand, and express our purpose to live a meaningful life closely connected with our nature.
The purpose-driven business should position you in a self- transcendent state where you transition your focus from
“I need to have more and be more “ to an “us” and “we” perspective — “we need to be and have more.” Can we reset the standards of luxury, having more and being more from this new perspective? The goal is to feel connected to the larger whole that makes up our lives. We’re not isolated creatures, we live in an ecosystem, and this project is meant to challenge you and expand the limited view of the old business paradigm to care for our ecosystem — this is a holistic approach to business.
The project “Brsiness” wants to make us feel more connected with others and to be more helpful and generous in the process of running a successful business.
