The art was absolutely gorgeous, and I loved this book, but I'm pretty bummed that almost all of Fire and Ice was rushed and so many key plot points were left out, and some things were changed drastically. So many important chapters were forgotten about and/or skipped over. I guess I'll have to wait to see what the second book has in store but, spoiler alert: Having Cinderpaw's accident that permanently crippled her cut out of Fire and Ice, the battle where Graystripe accidentally kills Whiteclaw, Gray killing Clawface, and no Cloudkit yet? Plus more.. It was weird not having that in the book. Very rushed.. I still love it, but disappointed in not seeing those in the plot.

I loved reading the book series, and now I'm going to enjoy the comic series. I did find it a bit confusing on why they skipped some parts, but I got over it after realizing Erin Hunter may want to change some things they couldn't back then. I am excited to see what happens with the story since some parts have been changed. Some parts shouldn't have changed, but some that definitely needed changes have gotten changed. I personally don't see the issue with changing a few parts as long as the main ones remain intact. However, too much may not be good for most warrior cats lovers. Other than that, the pictures and writing were pretty decent.

The book is a bit overrated, sorry. The story feels very disjointed when reading it. Like they stitched a bunch of random scenes together into one comic which makes it a bit of a confusing read. You aren't always explained in a coherent way why the next scene is happening.
