Embryo Zero
Sobre aquest llibre
A year after his mother's passing, Matt Turner finds himself in a slump. College is proving a dud with shrewd teachers and bullying students, while his brother Kevin refuses to speak with him and rejects every attempt at reconciliation. The only silver lining is Matt's blossoming friendship with the upstanding geneticist Dr. Henke.
As his brother uproots to leave the country, Matt takes the opportunity to fulfill his greatest dream, plus more—a place among the streetlights and a chance to join Dr. Henke and a few secretive insiders in fighting the immoral system of government.
But can Matt stop his little brother leaving for good while still proving his worth to his newfound peers?
Embryo Zero picks up where The Humane Algorithm let go, as the second book in Trevor Wynyard’s dystopian trilogy The Streetlighters ventures deeper into the shadows of human empathy and friendship.
