The idea of the story is good. The characters are sweet and cute. Travis is a hard worker and a stand up guy. Charlotte/Charlie could be a strong and independent character. Paisley is the impetus for their connection and for some of the drama. The writing is not my favorite. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

This author writes short stories, fast paced instalove. If you are a fan of those this one is perfect for you. Travis has made his tavern a place for everyone but when he finds out he doesn’t own the property what will become of him. Charley the new property owner is a single mother but when she meets Travis sparks fly. This is a steamy hot read, cute characters and a very quick read. I really like it. This is the 5th book in the Findlay Farm series featuring the fast-paced short and sweet insta-love romance between Travis and Charlie. Travis had his bar built, but he doesn't own the property he figured that no one would ever want it, and he wants to have the town's celebration there. Charlie is the new property owner she's a lawyer and a single mother to her daughter Paisley she plans to sell the land and leave. That all changes when she meets Travis, and the sparks really fly between them. I don't want to say anymore and ruin it for anyone else with spoilers. You really need to read this fast-paced, short, and sweet insta-love romance to see what happens. I would recommend reading this book.
