Great main characters and set over years, can duty turn into love ???? Loveable characters who leave you invested in their story, this is a fun and enjoyable read Stand-alone, but if you haven’t read the previous stories in the series you should.

I enjoyed reading this book. Amilee and Rian were betrothed when she was 12 and he was 20. Initially, for me, his attraction to what is essentially a child had a bit of an “ick factor”, but I soon realised that he wasn’t sexually attracted to the child, he was intrigued by her thoughts, feelings and what/who she would become. Amilee too was intrigued by this man, even at such a young age. Fast forward many years and we find the attraction is still there but misunderstandings have put blocks in the way of their HEA. I enjoyed this final instalment of the book club series. I received this book from the Author. I’m voluntarily leaving my honest review.

I really enjoyed this story. I love how the grandmother of the Prince, despite his shortcomings, still loved him, she was very supportive of his future bride. She was the one who the Prince would receive the unvurnished truth from. She didn't gloss it up, but she allowed him to see how his actions from the past affect his present relationship with his bride..And to mend the past to remove the pain from the past so he and his bride could have a genuine love for one another. WonderWonderful story
